Nearly every member of our community has been personally touched by cancer in one way or another. I lost my mother three years ago to breast cancer. Above she is pictured fufilling a dream of seeing and meeting the Lipizzaner Stallions, and with the help of Tony Jackson she was able to accomplish this. She passed away a few days after this long time dream of hers was fullfilled. As an avid horseman, I know she would love to see what we have been able to accomplish. She is the motivation behind all that we do for this event, and the motivation that we have to help others with cancer.
This event is the Equine Communities way of stepping up to the challenge that face our families and friends.
